Aftercare Instructions
As a small business owner I understand there are lots of amazing options, and you chose me! For that, I am eternally grateful. If you are satisfied with your service I would really appreciate a google review.
First Day
Clean your new eyebrows right after your appointment with soap and cotton rounds provided and apply a rice grain size amount of ointment. This rice grain amount is good enough for BOTH brows, a little goes a long way. If you have oily skin and notice a lot of lymph or clear liquid, please blot your brows with a clean tissue throughout the first day. Wash again right before bed and reapply ointment.
Next 7-10 Days
For the next 7-10 days continue to clean your new brows with just a small amount of soap morning and night. Continue to reapply ointment right after each wash. It is important that you ONLY wet your eyebrows when you clean them. Avoid wetting them in the shower, saunas, sweating, pool, etc. Use shower shields provided to cover them in while you bathe. You are able to wear makeup but make sure to not get any product of any kind on your brows besides what is provided to you. Make sure to stay out of direct sunlight and wear a hat if you must be outside since you won’t be able to wear spf during the first week (or until scabbing is done). DO NOT PICK SCABS! Picking at your scabs will result in prematurely lifting the color.
Long Term Care
Please remember to use SPF once healed. If your skin is peeling from a tan or a burn, so will your eyebrows causing them to fade out faster. No laser treatments or tanning for 30 days, and no botox for 2 weeks unless previously approved. Avoid all products on them that include active ingredients (acne or anti aging products). These can be very strong and will fade them out. You are able to use them throughout the rest of your face just not directly on your eyebrows. Always clean off any foundation or powder from the eyebrows with a q tip to allow color to show or it will look very clouded. AVOID SLEEPING ON ONE SIDE ONLY, this will cause one eyebrow to look lighter than the other.
IF SWELLING OR SIGNS OF INFECTION OCCUR PLEASE CONSULT A DOCTOR

FAQ
-
Your brows will only look this dark for the first 2-3 days while they are forming scabs. Since Microbalding is a much softer form of tattoing, the color will lighten 30-40%
-
Since not everyone heals exactly the same, it is important that I choose a color that will heal nice and light for you. You will come back for a one month touch up where if needed, we can go darker. Do not fear that you paid and now the work isn’t even there. Color usually resurfaces during the last week of your healing stage. Trust me, it is 100% better going darker at your touch up rather than trying to lighten up a color.
-
Continue to reaply your ointment until all scabs are gone. You may continue to use your ointment if your skin still feels dry.
-
We will schedule an appointment 4-6 weeks after your initial appointment. Expect for this appointment to last about an hour. And yes this touch up is FREE!
-
If you want good results please avoid the gym and sweating for at least 7 days and preferably 10. Remember that you paid for these eyebrows and you want to have the best healed results possible.
-
There are a couple of reasons your brows might look red right after your appointment. One being that you did have needles cutting into your skin minutes before. This happens most to clients with sensitive reactive skin. The second is that all colors I use are meant to heal “cooler” or “ashier” so they will look a bit warm in order to heal the way they are meant to!
-
This is not a one size fits all answer. You can expect for your work to last anywhere between 1-3 years. Remember there are many factors that go into how you heal and half of that responsability falls on you. Those will oily skin can expect to get touchups more frequently.

Yes I do! By yearly this could be anywhere between 9 months to 4 years!
